LifeStation is our overall top pick for medical alert device. They provide all of the necessary features most people want and they offer a low price with very low barriers to entry and no penalty if you leave the program.

The good:

There are no long term contracts here. The console has automated testing. The battery life and range are good. They have a solid cancellation policy requiring no notice and carrying no penalties. The service offers 24/7 monitoring and customer service, which most competitors lack. The prices are based monthly and there are no long term contracts, which makes this a very appealing service.

The bad:

We didn’t find too much to complain about here. Usually I take issue with poor customer service, but LifeStation reps were friendly, answered my questions and weren’t too salesy, which has been a turn-off at some other services.

Our Opinion:

Overall the system offers good features at a fair price. The customer service team was effective at answering questions and gave straightforward pricing information. This is a good system at a good price if you are searching for a medical alert monitor LifeStation is worth a look.
